Our baby massage and yoga classes are designed to support you in consciously interacting with your baby so you can relax and bond together. Through mindful meditation practices and gentle bonding exercises, we teach parents how to build great relationships with their babies. We believe that calm, confident parenting creates a wonderful environment for little ones to thrive and develop. We offer meditation and mindfulness along with pregnancy yoga to support you during baby's earliest months. Once baby has arrived we introduce our baby massage and yoga classes.
Enrol on a 10-week programme of classes and choose a day and time to suit you. .. You can come along to the studio or join in via zoom and get access for up to a week to have a video catch up class if you occasionally miss your group session. Many of our groups are a great social meet up too. Following this, you can extend your massage and yoga programme or move on to our 10-week advanced yoga course. Baby yoga classes are suitable until your baby is crawling.Read more
Our advanced baby yoga course is suitable for babies from 6-18months .. of classes introducing a faster paced class and some of the class is now down with baby sitting as we incorporate some more advanced movements. This course will also give you an introduction into pranayama breathing exercises which are a wonderful way to create calm.Read more
A five-week programme of group classes, 30 minutes in duration .. Will include a 10 or 20-minute meditation practice, along with an introduction and time for questions and answers. The classes are open to all parents and can be particularly useful during pregnancy, as well as while you are facing the challenges of parenting.Read more

Our teachers have been trained by Hands on Babies, One Yoga in Thailand and the School of Positive Transformation and our classes are accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.
Our classes are currently held at our dedicated Zenbabes studio in the centre of Holmfirth and Root Yoga and Pilates Studio at New Mill. These studios offer the perfect place for you and baby to relax with small, intimate groups. Don’t worry if you can’t make it to the studio - you can join our weekly sessions on Zoom too. Our teachers will also be able to offer you a video catch up class if you and baby cannot make your class occasionally.

Regular baby massage aids relaxation and sleep, relieves wind and colic and promotes healthy development and physical wellbeing, leaving you feeling happy and connected with your baby.
