Our baby massage and yoga classes are designed to support you in consciously interacting with your baby so you can relax and bond together. Mindful meditation practices and yoga can guide you to become more aware of your emotions allowing you to listen more attentively and communicate more clearly with others and be more considerate with yourself. We offer meditation and mindfulness along with pregnancy yoga to support you during baby's earliest months and once baby has arrived we introduce our baby massage and yoga classes for you to attend together.
Enrol on a 5-week programme of classes and choose a day and time to suit you. .. You can come along to the studio or join in via zoom. Many of our groups are a great social meet up too. The sessions offer a special bonding time with your baby where, using rhythmic strokes, you learn movements that can soothe and relax baby. Our small class sizes are ideal if you want to come along with a friend and Saturday classes offer a chance for dad to join in too. Our baby yoga course is suitable for babies from 6-18months. .. It is a 5 week programme of classes introducing a faster paced class and some of the class is now down with baby sitting as we incorporate some more advanced movements. This course will also give you an introduction into pranayama breathing exercises which are a wonderful way to create calm.Read more
A five-week programme of group classes, 30 minutes in duration. .. It will include a 10 or 20-minute meditation practice, along with an introduction and time for questions and answers. Join at any time during your pregnancy – our pregnancy yoga course can be.. extended to suit you. In the classes we thread the breath through gentle flowing movements to create an overall feeling of relaxation and calm. You do not need any previous experience, we will adapt the small group sessions to suit each person’s ability. We are flexible with days and times.
